Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

DRIVING FORCE Vehicle Rentals, Sales and Leasing requires a Permanent Full-Time Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our Edmonton West team. This is an essential role within the branch to help maintain their fleet and support the busy location.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing incoming and outgoing fleet.
- Performing vehicle inspections.
- Processing paperwork from vendors and internal rental division.
- Working with vendors and maintenance drivers to ensure an optimized return to service for all vehicles.
- Active participation in our Health and Safety Program.
- Schedule vehicles for routine maintenance
- Work Closely with the rentals department to repair damages in a timely manner
- Receive, rig and register new vehicles as required
- Create and receive purchase orders

**Qualifications**:

- Previous fleet maintenance experience preferred
- Demonstrated customer service abilities in past roles
- Excellent organizational skills; Integrity and commitment
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Excel
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset
