**Position Summary**
Crucial leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fleet operations. Primary responsibilities include managing a diverse team of drivers, mechanics, and administrative staff, ensuring the efficient scheduling, maintenance, and compliance of our fleet.
**Location: Alberta**
**Schedule: 40 Hours Monday to Friday**
**What you will do**
- Implements Fleet policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Fleet Management: Oversee the maintenance, maintenance scheduling, and repair and return of company vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop fleet maintenance and procurements strategies, set performance targets, and align fleet operations with company goals.
- Cost Control: Manage fleet maintenance and repair-related budgets for western Canada, control operational costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations, multi-province licensing requirements, and emissions standards, ensuring full compliance.
**What You’ll Bring**
- 5-7 years
- Bachelor’s degree
- Licensed Heavy Duty Mechanic, an asset
