Auto Primo est un concessionnaire automobile connaissant une grande croissance avec plus de 200 véhicules en inventaire.

Vous devez etre dynamique, professionnel et proactif.

**Fonction du poste;**
- Répondre aux appels de nouveau clients et répondre à leur besoins
- Prendre des rendez-vous pour le département des ventes
- Écoutez les clients et les accompagner durant toute la transaction
- Assister les vendeurs dans leurs suivis et taches

**Qualification**:

- Expérience dans le travail à commission;
- Experience dans l'automobile (Non obligatoire)
- Connaissance basique (Suite google) ;
- Comfortable de travailler dans un centre d'appel actif
- Être capable de creer des relations rapides aux téléphones
- Bonne orginisation afin de faire les suivis nécessaire

**Full job description**

Auto Primo is a fast growing car dealership with over 200 vehicles in inventory.

You must be dynamic, professional and proactive.

**Job function;**
- Answer calls from new customers and respond to their needs
- Make appointments for the sales department
- Listen to customers and accompany them throughout the transaction
- Assist sales people in their follow-ups and tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in commission work;
- Experience in the automotive industry (Not required)
- Basic knowledge (google suite);
- Comfortable working in an active call center
- Ability to build rapport quickly on the phone
- Good orginization in order to do the necessary follow-ups

**Demands**:

- Blilingual (French and English);
- Interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Comfortable and outgoing ;)
- Professional, organized and courteous

**Conditions**:

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
