We are seeking a motivated **Customer Service Representative**for Kenny U-Pull’s **Call Center**, located in front of the Carrefour Laval in **Laval**, Quebec. Reporting to the Call Center Supervisor, you will play the crucial role of ambassador for our trademark, and you will be responsible to create an outstanding personalized experience.

**What you're responsible for**:

- Answering calls and general inquiries of clients who would like to have information on our stocks, prices and mode of operation;
- Taking the time to understand the specific needs of each client and propose personalized solutions;
- Inform the clients on our various products (batteries, tires, etc.) and services;
- Guide the clients in the utilization of our website;
- Promote in-person visits to our several branches;
- Any other task related to the role.

**Qualifications**
**To join our team**:

- You are a strong communicator in both English and French (required)
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- You have at least 1 year of customer service experience
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
- You have interest in working within the automotive industry (preferred)
