**What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading a low-rise construction community in Kitchener.
- Developing, maintaining and executing the construction schedule to ensure full completion of the house prior to the closing date 100% of the time
- Liaising between trade partners and Fusion Homes, offering direction, support and management
- Assessing construction problems and determining solutions to maintain a desired finished product
- Overseeing client requests and after sales service needs after pre-delivery inspections to ensure satisfaction and completion in a timely manner
- Coaching, motivating and developing skills of 5-10 team members on site
- Championing Health & Safety and participating in training and development initiatives as identified or requested

**What you bring to the table**:

- 2-5 years experience in a General Manager / Site Supervisor role preferred
- Expert in reading and reviewing blueprints / floor plans
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- 8-10 years’ of experience in the construction industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people
- Post-secondary education (e.g., Construction Technology, Carpentry, Civil Engineering, etc.) preferred
- Valid G Driver’s License
