- **Full-time Service and Warranty Clerk**_

Come join the multi award winning dealership Peterbilt Manitoba Ltd. Service Department. We are immediately seeking a Service and Warranty Clerk for our newly expanded Winnipeg West location.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Heavy-duty truck and engine knowledge an asset
- Experience in warranty an asset
- CDK knowledge and experience an asset
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be highly organized and detail orientated
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Some lifting may be required

**Job Duties**
- Process, review and reconcile claim reports
- Perform claim adjustments
- Monitor, process, and maintain warranty reports and documentation
- Prepare and ship parts for warranty returns
- Work with single customers and fleets
- Maintain communication with the customer and maintain good customer relations
- Conduct warranty reviews with new customers
- Prepare new truck sales warranty books
- Maintain accurate ledgers
- Take pictures for analysis
- Service and support service technicians
- Process work orders
- Maintain the organization of files and the warranty office
- Other duties as assigned

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Warranty: 1 year (preferred)
- Heavy-duty Truck: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 2 years (required)
