**Job Details**:
The Sustainability Coordinator is responsible for defining the desired outcome of global sustainability as it related to Nature Fresh Farms Sales and all its related stake holders. The Sustainability Coordinator assists with developing, coordinating, implementing, and promoting the sustainability program and related initiatives that reduce Nature Fresh’s impact on the environment. They also assist with promoting cultural change by instilling environmental awareness and sustainability practices across Nature Fresh.

**Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) designated to area champions will be implemented and regularly reported to the senior management team.
- Customer and institutionalized sustainability standards will be always properly interpreted and complied to.
- Sustainability training and guidance will be appropriated, published, and regularly affirmed with all of the organization in order to develop a sustainability culture.
- Develop and revise as required with the guidance of Nature Fresh Farms Sales senior management the Corporate Sustainability Policy.
- Engaging (work cross-functionally with) internal stakeholders to identify sustainable practices across all sites, short and long-term sustainable risks, barriers, opportunities, and areas of support needed.
- Evaluating and presenting new sustainability practices, projects, and opportunities for review.
- Creating evaluation metrics, collecting data, and preparing reports that measure the impact and effectiveness of the program, communicating results to management.
- Determining the ROI of sustainability initiatives according to the costs of business activities.
- Overseeing and driving with the development of the sustainability program and presentation to senior management.
- Facilitates communication related to the continued improvement and maintenance of the systems.
- Organizes and lead all third-party sustainability audits to ensure continued compliance with various authorities. Always keeps company certificates up to date.
- Performs regular reviews with functional staff to evaluate requirements and proactively identifies compliance deficiencies ensuring they are resolved appropriately.
- Works with management to adjust and correct to ensure all locations are following the Nature Fresh Farms Sales set standards.
- Communicates with senior managers concerning the state of all systems.
- Developing related company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Performing other duties or projects the Company may assign from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Creative thinker, has the capacity to generate many kinds of ideas, manipulate ideas to outline novel possibilities that have the potential to elegantly meet a given purpose.
- 3+ years proven experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Regulatory Affairs role in an agricultural industry would be preferred.
- Skills to interpret regulatory, industry, customer and internal documentation and the ability to convey the requirements to all Company stake holders. Strong technical writing skills.
- Proficiency with computers and software programs, specifically MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication abilities, active listening, and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain respectful relationships at all levels within and outside the organization.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a team environment, but mainly independent work.
- Strong organizational and data management skills are required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency in a fast environment.
- Ability to embrace and adapt to the rapid growth, innovation, and development of the company.
- Valid drivers license and use of personal vehicle are required.
- Valid passport and ability/willingness to cross US/Canada borders.
- Spanish is a definite asset.
