We are looking for great people to join our team as Bilingual Customer Service/Sales Agents. You will proactively identify and offer appropriate solutions that create high customer satisfaction.

- Travailler en équipe avec un objectif commun d’atteindre une norme de qualité élevée.
- Travailler dans un centre de contact à fort volume d’appels et répondre en moyenne à 100 appels ou plus.
- Capacité de communiquer avec les clients par le biais de conversations et de fournir des solutions financières.
- Établir des relations de confiance avec les clients qui comprennent leurs besoins.
- Offrir de façon proactive des solutions appropriées qui créent une satisfaction élevée du client.
- Faire preuve de patience et d’empathie pour résoudre les préoccupations des clients.
- Déterminer et maximiser les occasions de vente croisée et de vente incitative aux clients existants.
- Respecter les politiques, procédures et normes de l’industrie de nos clients.

- Work in a high call-volume contact centre answering an average of 100 calls or more.
- Ability to connect with customers through conversations and provide financial solutions.

- Exercise patience and empathy that resolve customer concerns.
- Identify and maximize opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers.

QUALIFICATION
