**What You’ll Do**:
- **Administrative Support**: Manage basic receptionist duties, including booking appointments, taking payments, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- **Patient Care**: Foster a nurturing and supportive environment in the office.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with Dr. Chelsea Lutyk and the team of vision therapy assistants to help with the daily tasks involved in administering therapy in the office.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience working in an office type environment as a receptionist.
- Experience being with school-aged children.
- Confidence with digital systems and a willingness to learn new software.
- An extroverted, friendly personality with exceptional communication skills.
- A positive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for helping others.
