Woodbridge, Canada Unique Fine Fabrics Import Inc. Full time

Unique Fine Fabrics is a dynamic and fast growing global distributor of têxtiles and accessories. We are seeking an individual to join our Customer Service team.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Process incoming customer orders accurately
- Assist walk in customers with placing orders
- Liaison between customer and warehouse
- Maintain customer expectations

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 3 yrs+ customer service experience and data entry experience required
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Experience using ERP software such as SAP
- College Diploma Preferred
- Proficient in reading and writing English
- An acute attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment along other team members
