Sutherland Law is a dynamic and growing law firm based in Vaughan, providing legal services in a range of practice areas including real estate, litigation, and condominium law. We are currently seeking a **Real Estate Law Clerk/Assistant** to join our team and support our Senior Law Clerk in handling real estate closings and condominium collection matters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Senior Law Clerk with residential and commercial real estate transactions (purchases, sales, and mortgages)
- Prepare closing documents, conduct title searches, and review agreements of purchase and sale
- Communicate with clients, lenders, realtors, and opposing counsel to coordinate closings
- Draft correspondence and legal documents related to condominium lien enforcement and collections
- Manage deadlines, diarize key dates, and maintain organized electronic files
- Provide general administrative and legal support as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate law clerk or legal assistant role
- Familiarity with Teraview, Conveyancer, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple files and work under deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive and professional approach
