The Surveillance Operator is the eyes of the Casino, ensuring the security of customers, staff, and assets by maintaining continuous surveillance of gaming areas and the entire property. We are seeking a professional, reliable and committed Surveillance Operator who will ensure that laws, regulations and policies are followed by monitoring tables for any rule infractions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Use audio and video equipment to maintain continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and property.
- Identify, record, document and report unusual or suspicious activity.
- Identify fraud and take appropriate action required by law and company policy.
- Monitor compliance and protect company assets and gaming integrity.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs, gather and submit information for detailed reporting.
- Assist with investigations.

- Confidence in your judgement and ability to write findings clearly.

- Experience using surveillance equipment and software is an asset.
- Professional knowledge of table games is an asset.
- Ability to work in a dimmed, enclosed and controlled room in close proximity to colleagues.
- Good vision and the capacity to focus on a computer screen and sit for long periods of time.
- Casino surveillance experience is an asset.
