Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher

Hours of Operation are 7am-6pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured learning
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Ensure classroom materials and resources are organized and accessible
- Follow all licensing regulations and maintain accurate records
- Daily and weekly cleaning or sanitization tasks

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred (education may be offered)
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting (preferred but not needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with children

**Salary**: $14.00-$23.00 per hour
