Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator or Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires strong communication skills, classroom management abilities, and a genuine love for working with children. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early learning experiences while working in a collaborative and supportive setting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction.
  • Monitor and assess each child's developmental progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and other administrative documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators regarding children's development and classroom activities.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to create a secure learning environment.

Experience

  • Prior experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management are essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
