BHG Orthodontics is looking for a passionate and energetic full-time Level II Dental Assistant to join our well-established practice in London, ON.

**What you will be doing - key responsibilities**:
- Managing the patient experience through exceptional customer service skills
- Take intra-oral records and radiographs.
- Provide exceptional assisting skills to our clinical team.
- Perform Invisalign scans.
- Sterilization of instruments by adhering to the RCDSO infection control protocols
- Provide oral health education to our patients and families.
- Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.
**What you need to know**:
- Wage: $24-26 depending on previous experience.

- A Capable Dental Assistant, willing to perform expanded duties in treating orthodontic patients.
- Ability to work cohesively in a small, tight-knit team.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients.

**What you bring - qualifications**:
- 1+ years experience as a Dental Assistant
- 1+ years of orthodontic experience (preferred)
- Successfully completed a Level 2 Dental Assistant Certificate.
- HARP certification
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with orthodontic management software systems is an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
- Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
- Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making skills.
