Boca Dental Specialist Group is seeking an experienced Level II Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work chairside with all our specialist throughout the week (Endodonist, Periodontist and Prosthodontist).
Boca Dental is a well established specialty clinic serving London and area. It is home to two Endodontists, a Periodontist and a Prosthodontist.
We're looking for someone with:
-Strong communication time-management and organizational skills
- HARP CertifiedPrevious experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental practice is an asset.
-Familiarity with Tracker software is preferred.
-Dependable, professional, energetic, and detail-oriented with a positive, team-focused attitude.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly wage $23-$30/hour (based on experience).
Health Spending Account after 1 year
Clinic Hours:
Patients are scheduled. Typically staff arrive 30min before and stay approximately 30min after last patient for setup and tear down.
Monday - Thursday 830am - 5pm
Friday 830am - 4pm
No weekends

Boca Dental Specialist Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations at the front desk. This role requires proficiency in managing electronic medical records and familiarity with dental office procedures, as well as knowledge with billing and insurance coverage.
