**North American Packaging (NAP) Assistant Co-op Student**

**At Irving Consumer Products, we recognize that the key to our success is our people. We also manufacture private label diapers and training pants for North American retailers.**

The **North American Packaging (NAP) Assistant Co-op Student** will be based out of Toronto, Ontario (1551 Weston Road, M6M 4Y4). This is a temporary student position.

**Job Requirements**
- Education required: Currently Enrolled in an Undergraduate Degree Program
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Detail oriented
- Well versed in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills

**The main duties/responsibilities of this role include**:

- Assist with Packaging Forecasting: Annual Forecast Vs Budget, tracks the timing process and packaging spend for 350+ packaging changes.
- Provide Support for Packaging Specialists as needed, including New Product Forms and Corrugate Case approvals.
- Provide Support for Packaging Process.
- Managing Art Files and Samples.
- Managing NAP Team Travel and Telephone Expenses.
- Assigned Co-ordinator Duties.
