**Salary**: $100,000 - $140,000 annually. _*We're looking for developers of all levels._

**In this role, your major responsibilities will be to**:

- Develop plugins using C# to bridge the gap between client requirements and platform capabilities.
- Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Create data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI.
- Customize user interfaces with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web resources and forms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Support data migration and platform upgrade activities.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
- Provide technical documentation and training for users.
- Stay updated with new Microsoft Power Platform features and enhancements.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Apps
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Pages
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with common data service, data connectors, and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong collaboration abilities and experience working in Agile environments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with MS Dynamics CRM is an asset.
