**Qualifications**
- Valid **BC Real Estate Trading Services License**:

- Strong customer service skills and client relationship management abilities
- Valid **BC Driver’s License**:

- Previous sales or related experience is an asset

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide clients through the full buying and selling process
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to secure the best outcomes for clients while ensuring compliance
- Maintain accurate transaction records, client communications, and property information using company systems
- Complete required **PDP-accredited courses** to maintain licensing
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions

**Scope of Support**

With business across **all Greater Vancouver areas**, you will support both buyers and sellers, including but not limited to:

- Preparing professional market analysis reports
- Coordinating property showings and tours
- Managing and tracking transactions from start to completion
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time

Pay: $41,926.66-$76,394.29 per year
