Located in Montreal West Island, in Pointe-Claire, our factory is looking for a **_Forklift Driver / Operator _**to join our amazing team. Relevant experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment and in standard forklift driving is an important asset. Permanent full-time position, unionized. **Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Drive the forklift safely;
- Load and unload the merchandise while respecting the procedures established by Gentek;
- Ensure the production line doesn’t miss supplies;
- Be sure to strictly follow health and safety rules;
- Perform various production-related tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Master French. English is an asset
- A valid forklift license
- Experience in driving a standard sit-down forklift
- Be able to work in rotation on shifts: day, evening, night
- Punctual, reliable and professional
- Work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Be aware of the importance of following the Health and Safety rules
- Have a positive and determined attitude
- Be flexible regarding the schedule
