**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Install, test and commission products for Voice, Data & Public Safety Networks
- Diagnose, analyze and resolve hardware/software problems using diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Communicate regularly with clients, managers, other technicians, and third-party providers
- Make recommendations for recurring problems for continuous improvement.
- Manage configuration and programming files
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base
**Knowledge and competencies**
- College degree in electronics, telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer electronics or equivalent
- Experience with Voice and Data Networks as well as IP Technology
- Experience in configuring IP Network equipment
- Familiarity with trunking network telecommunication systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Autonomous, dependable, and excellent communicator
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, coordinate tasks and respect timelines
- Familiarity with office software and technology
**Work Conditions**
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00
- Location: Greater Toronto Area, Ontario
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $48,750.00-$60,183.00 per year
