**TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Project Delivery/installation in GTA, some jobs across Ontario
- Service work as dispatched within GTA, some jobs across Ontario
- Troubleshooting of all solution components at the customer location or Co-Lo.
- Trouble Shoot, test, fix, existing cabling infrastructure (installation of new cables may be required)
- Trouble Shooting, Testing and configuring of network, telephony components as required for the job
- Timely completion of dispatch paperwork (Site Surveys, Service Dispatch Documentation, Project Updates) via App provided
- Design /Config of solutions is preferable.

**Required**:

- Understanding of industry related floorplans and specification packages
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Experience with scissor lifts and boom lifts
- Able to travel in Ontario with potential overnight stays
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Industry manufacturers certifications/training including:

- Computer competent, able to login to network and windows equipment and reconfigure
- Accountability, adaptability, assertiveness, dependability, initiative, and responsiveness are essential
- Desire and demonstrated ability to continuously learn new technologies and processes.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Work remotely
- The majority of jobs are completed at the customer location.
- Prep work (staging, config, etc.) may be completely remotely in our lab.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
