Immaculate Conception Parish is seeking a full time Office Admin Coordinator.

Reporting to the pastor, the Office Admin Coordinator is considered a leadership role, which will deal with matters of significance for the long-term health of the parish and will be responsible for parish office administration and for working with volunteers to support the mission of the parish. The Office Admin Coordinator will also be responsible for communications that will establish our church as a positive presence in our communities using a variety of tools including print, social media, website, etc.

- has a business-related degree, diploma or certificate

- can problem-solve and multi-task to manage a wide range of duties, properties, and personalities.

This a full time position of 37.5 hours per week, with presence during office open hour, plus evenings and weekends as required. **Compensation**: $38,000-$42,000 (based on experience) plus a competitive benefits package.
