**Summary**

We are seeking a skilled IT Manager/Systems Administrator to join our team at All-Lift Ltd. This role is crucial in managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting our commitment to exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide hands-on support for all end-user devices, hardware, and software across our office and warehouse locations.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, and network infrastructure (WiFi, firewalls, VPNs).
- Manage backups, system updates, security patches, and endpoint protection.
- Coordinate IT projects, hardware refreshes, and software deployments.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.

**Requirements**:

- 3-7 years of hands-on IT experience in a similar role (manufacturing, distribution, or service industry experience preferred).
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, and networking basics.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
