Job description

  • Book appointments for clients through a software system.

**- PREVIOUS SPA AND INSIGHT SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE AN ASSET**

  • MUST HAVE STRONG ENGLISH SPEAKING AND WRITING SKILLS
  • Provide information about Salon Services to potential clients
  • Greet guests, check out guests, cleaning.

Location: Spasation Londonderry Mall

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients and providing them with a warm welcome
  • Providing clients with information about spa services, products, and pricing
  • Checking in and checking out clients
  • Maintaining client records and ensuring they are up to date
  • Processing payments and managing the cash register
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Assisting in retail sales and inventory management
  • Working closely with spa staff to ensure smooth operation of the spa

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or a spa environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computer software and booking systems
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required
  • Knowledge of spa services and products is an asset
