**Job description** At Massage Heights our mission is, _"To help as many people as possible achieve a higher quality of life through the benefits of regular Massage"_ Massage Heights provides the highest level of customer service & health promotion in a professional, fast-paced work environment. **Please note, this is a special hybrid position that will be mainly the duties of the Spa Attendant as listed below, however, the goal would be that over the course of employment, this person would be trained to work and operate at the front desk, and eventually move in to the fully dedicated front desk position** The Massage Heights Spa Attendant is responsible and accountable for meeting the needs of team through the professional delivery of the Massage Heights model. He/she is accountable for executing exceptional skills and service while complying with Program integrity. The MH Spa Attendant is expected to meet all performance expectations, service standards, operational procedures, and adhere to the Alberta Franchise Massage Heights mission, vision and values. - Our Mission? Helping people achieve a higher quality of life through regular massage therapy_ **Major Responsibilities**: - Spa Attendants will spend approximately 80% of their time completing laundry duties. This includes, but is not limited to: loading and un-loading washer and dryer’s within the Retreat, folding and sorting clean laundry sets, folding and sorting of towels & stocking each treatment room. These tasks are mandatory for all team members however, primarily much of the retreat’s load will be completed by the Spa Attendant. - You will be responsible for supporting the MT team with tasks such as helping prepare/close down a Treatment Room, filling lotion bottles, general cleaning or supporting the Lead Therapist as needed. - You may be asked to also support the Front Desk staff by answering phone calls, welcoming Guests into the Retreat, completing confirmation calls and/or making outgoing calls with the purpose of rescheduling past members. - Responsible for creating and supporting a positive, professional, team-orientated, harassment-free work environment by understanding and complying with the policies as outlined in the Massage Heights Code of Conduct, including the Dress Code, the Massage Heights Values, and being a role model for the Massage Heights brand.
