**Responsibilities **
- Responsible for vision and execution for all video projects
- Primarily YouTube, but may include some other medium-long form video projects
- Manage a team with diverse roles including scriptwriting, videography, and video editing. Responsible for the entire process from inception to delivery
- Lead strategic vision and voice
- Formation of a new team. Requires ability to help train new video team staff, mentoring and coaching team to achieve professional development goals
- Oversee writing, production, editing and publishing of content
- Maintaining consistently excellent content quality
- Deeply engaged with our website and the viewers of our videos

- You subscribe to loads of YouTube channels - especially data-driven reviews like Gamers Nexus, Project Farm, Vacuum wars, Torque Test Channel, etc.

**Qualification/Experience **
- 5+ years experience in a lead/supervisor/manager role
- 2+ years experience working with video, especially documentary/informative content on YouTube
- Proven ability to align with and execute on a strategic vision
