Kingston, Canada Heron Management Full time

**Position Summary**:
The role of the Heron Management Sales/Property Agent is focused upon sales and other related activities supporting the rental property leasing and engagement with prospective tenants.

**Duties**:
1. Hosts prospective tenant viewings of rental properties.

2. Assists with showings scheduling.

3. Provides oral and/or written summaries of client engagement, inspection, or tenant interactions.

4. Obtains photos and/or produces video walk-throughs of rental premises for marketing purposes.

5. Assists with listing management, advertising and promotional activities.

6. Assists with property/tenant turnover activities such as move-in and move-out inspections, key management, premises orientation.

7. Installs/deploys signage and information bulletins as required

9. Assists in preparing a variety of rent, administrative reports and documents

10. Other duties as assigned

**Working Conditions**:
1. The workplace is a typical small office environment with frequent in city travel to various rental properties.

2. Work weeks are 5 days, Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

3. Occasional after hours and weekend work may be required.

4. Work processes are standardized but the incumbent may be assigned to changing priorities.

**Employment Requirements**:
1. Ontario Secondary School Diploma

2. Proficient spoken and written English

3. Punctual, detail oriented and reliable

4. Customer service oriented, professional and courteous manner

5. General computer literacy skills.

6. Valid Class G Drivers License (Ontario)

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
