**Your Role and Responsibilities**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, etc., or extensive experience. PMP certification or similar is a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership abilities paired with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Well-versed in project management software and tools, ideally BuilderTrend.
- **Attention to Detail**: A detail-oriented approach with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- **Personal Traits**: We seek someone reliable, with effective interpersonal skills geared toward conflict resolution, a strong sense of values and ethics, a team player mindset, client focus, and the ability to make accurate judgments with mínimal supervision.
- **Work Environment**: Your expertise will be leveraged in a variety of settings including residential and commercial projects, encompassing new construction, renovation, maintenance, and repairs.
- **Travel Requirements**: Willingness to travel as needed. Owning your own transportation is an advantage; a valid driver’s license is essential.

**Job Details**:

- **Type**: Full-Time Position.
- **Schedule**: Regular 8-hour shifts with opportunities for overtime.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years in a Project Manager role (preferred).
