The Operations L&D Manager is responsible for the overall management of our key L&D program and operations courses nationwide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the delivery of our overall portfolio of our L&D offerings, inc:

- Establish and prioritize training schedules
- Define relevant workback plans
- Ensure proper preparation and execution of the program
- Engage and manage stakeholders (external and internal)
- Manage budgets for key programs, inc.
- Invoicing and tracking expenses
- Review and collect subscription fees
- Negotiate fees with our vendors
- Manage the marketing and communication plan for Ops L&D, Inc:

- Preparation and participation in Rdv Québec
- Partner with other teams to include information on our programs
- Lead the continuous improvement of our learning program and courses, inc.
- Collecting and analyzing data
- Organizing information for reading
- Lead a team of 8, support and empower, challenge to grow, etc.

- Strong team management and portfolio management experience
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement: understanding needs, proactive and clear communication, negotiation, influence
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in French and English
