A career as a **Chief Data Analyst** in the Data Strategy team in Operations at National Bank means acting as a data expert. It is through your reporting and storytelling skills, your experience in data analysis and your knowledge in modeling that you have a positive impact on the Operations sector and the Bank.

**Your role**
- Act as a data specialist, develop an in-depth knowledge of Operations performance data, in constant interrelationship with the various stakeholders.
- Analyze Operations data to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and support the organization's strategic goals.
- Collaborate in the design, preparation, and maintenance of advanced dashboards, analytics, and reports to facilitate proactive decision-making.
- Develop, automate, and put into production data processing processes using technologies such as SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, and Bitbucket.
- Create and maintain data pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of actionable insights for decision-making teams.
- Present insights from data in a clear and concise way.
- Work closely with your colleagues in the Agile Scrum method

**Your team**

Within the Operations sector, you are part of a team of 10 colleagues and report to the anaytic director. Our team stands out for our involvement in evaluating the performance of Operations through our expertise in data analysis, our ability to anticipate the needs of managers and executives and through collaboration.

**Basic requirements**
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a field relevant to the position
- Have between 2 and 4 years of experience in data analysis
- Master data modeling concepts using SQL
- Master report development with PowerBI and the DAX language
- Strong technical communication skills, popularization of complex concepts
