Job Title: Lead Installer

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and lead a team of installers in the completion of various installation projects
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient execution of installation plans
- Review project specifications and blueprints to determine installation requirements
- Supervise the preparation and layout of materials for installation
- Train and mentor new installers, providing guidance and support throughout the installation process
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during installations
- Conduct quality inspections to verify that installations meet established standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during installations
- Maintain accurate records of installation activities

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques used in installations
- Ability to operate power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that arise during installations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
