Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, use of and set up pump jacks and elevated work platforms. The candidate will have 3-5 years experience in managing a crew. Responsibilities Oversee installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to specifications Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements Perform install of siding, soffit, fascia and eavestrough Apply caulking and sealants as necessary for weatherproofing and aesthetics Assist team members with heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to maintain high standards Provide training and guidance to junior installers on best practices and techniques Must have a valid driver's license Experience Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings 3:5 years experience in siding crew leadership Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by project demands Join our team as a Lead Installer where your skills will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our projects while leading a dedicated team.
