We have an immediate opening for a Sales Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include closing deals prior to accounting, registering vehicles within the BMW system, tracking unpaid factory receivable, and assisting with the correcct input of vehicles into inventory. Complete training will be provided and you will work closely with our sales management team.

This position is designed to assist between our sales administrator and our vehicle inventory clerk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate information is in all deals prior to the deal going to accounting
- Following up with the factory to ensure any sales programs are paid in a timely fashion
- Stock in all new and used vehicles
- Assign stock numbers and ensure vehicle folders and key tags are created
- Process dealer trades and wholesale transactions
- Maintain an accurate inventory
- Prepare and process title registraions in a time-sensitive manner
