Natural Skin & Sole Wellness is looking for an outstanding **Patient Care Coordinator/Assistant Manager** to join our growing team.

We’re a thriving wellness clinic known for our personalized care and welcoming environment, and we’re seeking someone who can be the heart of our front desk.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
- Manage a busy front desk with efficiency and grace
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for 10+ practitioners
- Maximize bookings and clinic flow
- Promote retail product sales and client education
- Process payments and ensure accurate billing
- Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Support daily clinic operations, including laundry and instrument sterilization
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, managing intake forms, and supporting inventory
- Provide education on services, wellness programs, promotions, and offerings
- Assist in managing the clinic’s online presence and social media accounts
- Monitor and reorder office supplies, inventory, and treatment room stock

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is essential
- Experience managing business social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook)
- Strong understanding of medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, especially Jane
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player who’s eager to grow with us
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on business growth
