Key Responsibilities:Hostess Duties:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations or walk-ins efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Manage the waitlist during peak hours and communicate wait times effectively.
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about the restaurant.
Assist in maintaining the overall flow of the dining room to ensure seamless service.
Busser Duties:
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
Assist servers by refilling water, bringing extra utensils, and delivering food as needed.
Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Support the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, including sweeping and tidying common areas.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is an asset but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
