St. Marys Ford Sales Limited is recruiting for a motivated, energetic and career-minded Service Advisor.

You will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, recommending repairs and maintenance work.

As our Service Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for customers entering our location. You will work towards building strong and trusting relationships with all of our customers. You will be required to accurately interpret and convey customer concerns to our team of technicians, leading to a satisfied customer experience. The ability to clearly and professionally communicate service needs to our valued customers is key.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- 1 year experience in the Automotive Industry
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and a positive, friendly team attitude
- Excellent computer skills
- Must have a valid Driver’s Licence

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
