As the **People and Culture (P&C) Business Partner,** you report to our Director, P&C Operations. You will support our operations team and have an excellent opportunity to make your mark and grow your career. You have the unique opportunity to collaborate with our Canadian and US P&C teams. You will create a partnership across the business units to deliver value-added services through the employee lifecycle. You will champion a diverse workforce and foster a culture of continuous improvement through performance management. You will be a hands-on partner with the departments you support, and you will be a coach and mentor for others.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Work closely with the P&C Leadership team and support developing and executing our People strategy.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for the business units you support and be essential in building a first-class team.
- Work directly with leaders to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for the People & Culture team to provide support.
- Advise and coach leaders when managing employee relation issues within their teams
- Coach managers on performance management processes such as performance reviews, ongoing development discussions, and performance improvement plans.
- Conduct internal investigations and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Identify improvements to existing policies, procedures, and programs to support the company’s growth and business initiatives. Communicate People and Culture policies, procedures, and programs to employees.
- Provide support in developing and implementing corporate-wide programs.
- Contribute to the development of new People and Culture initiatives and projects.
- Learn something new every day.
**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- You have 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role in multi-disciplinary organizations.
- You have a knack for building and managing compensation programs and plans.
- You are great at thinking outside the box and hold a high bar for talent.
- You like to find creative solutions for sourcing and recruiting remote team members.
- You are passionate about making sure the right people are in the right roles doing the right work.
- Fast-paced is how you like to work.
