The VP, Growth, People & Culture is a key member of the leadership team and a trusted advisor to the President & CEO and Board of Directors. This role leads the organization’s efforts in business development, broker relations, brand presence, and organizational health, ensuring My Mutual remains a trusted, people-centered mutual built on purpose, collaboration, and growth. The Vice President champions both external and internal experience, fostering strong relationships with brokers and policyholders while advancing culture, talent, and communications within the organization. This dual focus connects My Mutual's growth strategy with its people strategy, ensuring performance and belonging go hand in hand. As part of the leadership team, the Vice President partners across all functions to strengthen distribution, elevate brand visibility, and nurture a thriving, values-based workplace culture grounded in People First: On Purpose. Guide performance and development programs that align with My Mutual's values and long-term success. Build trusted relationships with brokers, industry partners, and community stakeholders. Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned to support organizational goals and strategic priorities. Business Development & Relationship Management: Builds strong, trust-based relationships with brokers, partners, and policyholders. People & Culture Leadership: Inspires engagement, inclusion, and performance through authentic, values-based leadership. Leads with empathy and authenticity, fostering inclusion and shared accountability. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or any related field. A Master’s degree or professional designation is considered an asset. ~Proven experience leading growth, relationship management, and organizational culture initiatives that align with strategic goals. ~ Equivalent combinations of education, professional training, and practical experience demonstrating advanced leadership and strategic capability will be considered. This is a head office role based in Waldheim, Saskatchewan, with additional office space in Saskatoon. This position can operate within a hybrid model, with flexibility for remote work when it supports individual and organizational needs. Regular presence at the Waldheim office is expected to foster collaboration and connection. Occasional travel for continuous development, industry events, Board, and regulatory meetings is required.
