**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design outdoor wireless network topologies for customer projects, ensuring reliable connectivity across large residential and commercial properties.
- Maintain and monitor the company’s and customers’ LAN/WAN networks, VPN connections, and on-site connectivity systems.
- Support and manage the company’s website, cloud CRM, and project management tools.
- Maintain and optimize Office Automation (OA) and internal data-sharing systems to ensure seamless digital workflow.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, access points, and servers.
- Set up and integration of IoT systems, including Wi-Fi routers, cameras, sensors, and smart lighting.
- Conduct signal testing, diagnostics, and connectivity analysis for outdoor smart-fence installations.
- Document network configurations, access credentials, and device maintenance logs.
- Implement data security, backup, and recovery procedures to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with management and field technicians to improve communication and workflow efficiency.
- Research and recommend technology upgrades to enhance automation and network reliability.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Diploma or certification in Computer Networking, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in network setup, troubleshooting, and systems integration.
- Proficiency with WordPress, cloud platforms, and network configuration.
- Knowledge of IoT devices, Wi-Fi systems, and network monitoring tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication abilities and teamwork spirit.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (both written and spoken) is required to support multicultural clients and staff.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to field sites as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.22-$70.35 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
