As a customer service representative of our high-performing team at Harmonic, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relations, generating quotes for customers, and keeping the ERP system up to date with pricing. We are looking for someone who is empathetic, organized, and committed to helping our customers succeed.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing accurate information and ensuring satisfaction
- Generate quotes for customers based on their needs and communicate pricing, specifications, and terms clearly
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed effectively and that quotes meet expectations

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proven customer service experience
- Experience with quoting processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive customer-focused attitude

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
