- Must be available for rotating shifts Monday to Friday 9-3 or 3-9, Plus rotating Saturdays 9-5

Primary Responsibilities:

- Book & confirm all showing appointments as needed
- Order all inventory supplies accordingly including all bathrooms supplies, offices, printers are all stocked
- Boards rooms, offices and kitchen are always in a presentable manner
- Execute listing process from start to finish
- Answer all incoming phone calls directing to team accordingly
- Direct telephone calls and send accurate messages via Broker Bay
- Prepare offers and supplementary documents (waivers, amendments, and other related forms)
- Broker load listings, confirm showing appointments
- Prepare listings and broker load to MLS
- Manage client communication and scheduling
- Manage client and supplier database
- Implement electronic and paper filing of all records
- Establish and maintain good relations with clients
- Greet and direct in-office clients/other associates pleasantly & professionally
- Keep listing packages/forms & office equipment fully stocked
- Perform opening the office and closing the office procedures
- Assist the Broker of record with other administrative duties

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
