Producer

**The Role**:
Passionate about unique creative and great clients, the Producer should know the business side of branded content, filmmaking, and creative development inside and out. Your organization and enthusiasm will help guide the positive and creative nature of each campaign.

You should feel confident managing multiple projects at a time, working as the liaison between our clients and our creatives (both internally and externally), and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients from development through delivery.

The fast-paced nature of this role should excite you, as you go from pitching a client to overseeing multiple productions. Most importantly, you should have an unbridled passion to tell remarkable stories and build creative and impactful campaigns.

**How you’ll be spending your time**:
As our Producer you’ll provide high-level management of Untold projects, clients, and creative operations:
Project Pitching, Planning, and Management (40%)
- Support efforts to secure new projects and represent Untold in pitch, concept, and production meetings at the studio and remotely.
- Manage concept development Creative Directors and define the project’s direction based on the client's objectives, timeline, and budget.
- Lead creative projects and timelines from concept through delivery in a way that all team members understand their roles, what’s needed, and when.

Client Management & Communications (30%)
- Lead the client communications, in writing and through meetings, ensuring clients' needs and timelines are understood, the expectations managed, and their project goals are met.
- With support, drive the management and review of project budgets responsibly, internally, and with the client.
- Collaborate in new business efforts, including pipeline monitoring and management.

Team Management (20%)
- Understand the capacity of the team, and when additional resources are needed - securing those resources when appropriate.
- Support the rest of the team as dependent on current workloads.
- Build a supportive environment from which to grow a team to support growth.
- Be an active contributor to a positive, innovative, inclusive, collaborative, and cooperative work environment. No task is too big or too small for anyone on the team.

Quality review and assurance (10%)
- Manage project execution and quality control from development to delivery.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 4-6 years leading production teams at a creative agency or production company.
- Relentless curiosity and a love of a well-told story.
- Alignment with our company values and beliefs.
- An understanding of the importance of long-term relationship management and creating an exceptional client experience.
- A proven track record of setting and managing clear expectations, both internally and externally.
- Experience leading client communications related to project-based and retainer engagements.
