**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Prepare and present progress reports, project updates, and performance metrics to senior management and clients.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure adherence to all local, provincial, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
- Oversee the installation and integration of mechanical and electrical systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, particularly with ICI projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects valued at $10 million and over.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices..

**Preferred**:

- LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accreditation.
