SAP Support Analyst

We delivered the world’s first fully integrated BACnet building solution for HVAC, lighting, and access control. **Job Summary** **Duties and Responsibilities** - Monitor SAP system performance and work proactively to identify and resolve potential issues. - Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of all issues. - Collaborate with business users and other department teams to understand business requirements and provide information and technical solutions. - Assist in master data maintenance and error resolution in the system. - Support the IS team in ensuring seamless communication between SAP, external systems (Intu flow, PLM) and legacy systems through APIs and SQL queries. - Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues to come up with long-term solutions. - Maintain documentation and procedures for SAP processes and troubleshooting steps. - Provide training and guidance to end-users on new SAP functionalities or processes. - Work closely with Corporate IT Teams in Taiwan and US to oversee UATs and manage change processes, and drive improvements. **Job Requirements** - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience as an SAP Support Analyst or in a similar technical support role within an SAP environment. - Experience with 1 or 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation or support projects. - Extensive knowledge of ABAP programming for troubleshooting and customizations. - Good functional knowledge in other SAP modules (e.g., SAP PP, SAP SD, SAP FICO, etc.). - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. - Familiarity with SAP configuration, system monitoring, and reporting. - Good understanding of business processes and the role of SAP in supporting them. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and nontechnical users. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment. - SAP certification(s) is a plus **Preferred Skills** - Experience with SAP ECC 6 or SAP HANA or other SAP Platform. - Experience working in a manufacturing environment with multi-parts BOMs. - Understanding of product lifecycle management. **Work Location**:In-office environment that is currently 3 days per week **City**:Surrey **Type**:full-time, Permanent **Salary**:70,500 - 90,000 CAD This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations.
