**Company Description**:
The Regional Distribution Manager’s (RDM) main priority is Driving execution, Winning vs Competition and Perfect Store Rate. They will develop and execute against annual business plans, establish and hold accountable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with our Distribution Partner (DP) within the defined region. The role is responsible for the delivery and execution of approximately 1/3 of Red Bull Canada’s total volume.

The RDM will build and drive regional and national Distribution strategy to ensure ongoing improvements in Red Bull route to market and in-store execution. The RDM will lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of Sales Activators who are responsible for execution, wired selling and Reach (rooftop expansion).

Key responsibilities include establishing and communicating strategic priorities; driving and managing key Red Bull initiatives; establishing sales targets through business planning and monitoring performance; and coaching internal partners, distribution teams, and sales force.

**SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**

Collaboration with Sr Director of National Accounts and National Account team to execute strategies to effectively win in-store with National and Regional customers across all sales channels.

Execute wired selling meetings with top National Accounts to review performance and align strategies to win in-store.

Drive Emerging Channels strategy of both REACH and execution.

Manage On Premise team expansion in REACH, assortment, and execution. Through Distribution Partner, Broker, and Broadline partners.

Work with Field Marketing Specialist - Consumer Collecting to optimize Student Marketeer sales support.

Work with the Field Marketing Manager to identify and execute Collegiate strategies to win on campus.

Localize the National REACH plan within the assigned territory.

**BUSINESS PLANNING**

Collaborate with Director of Distribution (DOD) and relevant RBCA HQ stakeholders to build out the annual 360 Commercial plan.

Collaborate with DOD and DP team to continuously evolve strategy to heighten execution.

Build, develop, and own assigned Distribution BP pillars.

Build the content and conduct the (MPR) Monthly Performance Review.

Develop the local independent channel strategy (Non-funded, VIP).

Develop the annual business plan on organization requirements, distribution, volume, investments, and KPIs with Key DPs.

Drive a tailored (P4P) Pay for Performance program.

Establish= POS allocation for Region.

**MARKET EXECUTION**

Develop the strategy to ensure first class execution in trade through Distribution Partner.

Weekly tracking and analysis of National Account promo calendar.

Manage and validate the monthly PSA audit, performed by 3rd party.

Build, lead, and participate in DP trade blitzes.

Manage the POS deployment in the region.

Manage Speed to Market Execution, account prioritization and cycle execution.

**COACH & DEVELOP A HIGH PERFORMING TEAM**

Effectively manage a team of Sales Activators, focused on driving additional placements in stores, REACH, and coaching and development of DP ASMs and DSMs.

Conduct power route rides with ASMs and DSMs.

Attend/Lead morning huddles to ensure key RBCA initiatives and priorities are communicated.

Continuously motivate and promote “Be #1” with all levels of the Distribution Partner, Broker, and Broadline Partner to ensure engagement, alignment, and winning mindset.

Provide individual coaching and development of team members.

Establish a leadership role to regional Cross Functional teams within to insure clear communication and development of goals.

**REGIONAL LEADERSHIP**

Be a contributing member of the Regional Commercial Leadership Team supporting Field Marketing, On Premise and Off Premise distribution strategy and execution.

Lead communication and education of key RBCA initiatives with Sales Activator and DP teams.

**Qualifications**:
7+ Years sales experience and with strong track record in Consumer Goods industry (Beverage Preferred).

Distributor and Supplier experience preferred.

Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team.

Proven ability to develop and implement business plans.

Strong communicator and motivator.

Excellent negotiator and influencer.

Clear and proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategies.

Strong knowledge of consumer marketing principles.

Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability.

Able to work independently with responsibility, and be organized.
