Dilawri Group is now actively searching for an experience **Service Advisor **to join the team at **Oakville Honda**.

**The Days for this role are Tuesday to Saturday, and hours for this role will be discussed at the interview stage.**

- Have automotive service advisor experience
- A valid Ontario Driver's license
- Enjoy and appreciate the exceptional performance and engineering of the iconic Honda brand

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide front-line customer service and sales for the Service Department
- Greeting customers on the phone or in the Dealership
- Providing repair recommendations
- Explaining the nature of repairs
- Advising customers how to look after their vehicles
- Scheduling appointments
- Selling labour
- Providing an extraordinary experience for all customers

**Qualifications**:

- CDK experience preferred
- An aptitude for customer relations/service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to sell required maintenance
- Ability to work as a part of a TEAM
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
