**Position Summary**:
Lockwood Kia is seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused **Automotive Service Advisor** to join our dynamic service team. As the primary point of contact for our valued customers, you will be responsible for delivering a premium service experience, from initial consultation through to vehicle pickup. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and enjoys providing top-tier customer care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms.
- Recommend appropriate services and maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs.
- Clearly explain vehicle service recommendations, costs, and timelines.
- Liaise with Kia-certified technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and efficient workflow.
- Maintain continuous communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle.
- Generate repair orders and manage service invoices using dealership software (Serti - Keyloop).
- Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Promote ongoing service and seasonal promotions to customers.
- Ensure compliance with Kia warranty guidelines and dealership policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a dealership or automotive service advisor role (Kia or other OEM experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of automotive service processes and vehicle systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems. Serti / Keyloop Experience is a bonus.
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36,133.97-$85,001.75 per year
