ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to senior managers
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
- Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
- Support team with assistance in a variety of tasks, such as proof reading, taking minutes during meetings, schedule appointments
- Assist with A/R including invoicing and processing payments
- Tracking down invoices from Vendors
- Updating COIs for tenants and vendors
- Bank deposits
- Prepare Welcome Packages for new Tenants and forward once approved
- Parking pass renewals
- Matching up invoice backup
- Taking and managing maintenance requests from tenants
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
