We are seeking an **experienced Wellness Medical Receptionist** who is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome and check in patients in a professional, friendly manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments efficiently.
- Process payments and manage direct billing to insurance companies.
- Accurately manage patient files and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate WSIB, HCAI, and MVA claims, including electronic submissions.
- Utilize and manage Jane App for scheduling, billing, and chart management.
- Submit and reconcile extended health insurance claims.
- Communicate with therapists and staff to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

**Qualifications**
- **Mandatory**: Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical receptionist in a physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, or wellness clinic.
- Strong working knowledge of **WSIB**, **HCAI**, **MVA** billing procedures, and **Jane App**.
- Experience with extended health insurance submissions and reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
- Positive, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
